The first electric UAZ "Bukhanka" is for sale in Russia.
The conversion to an electric Bukhanka was carried out by the company "Elkafa", which specializes in the manufacture of EVs.
The "ElectroBukhanka" is the trade name for the Bukhanka, which is equipped with an electric motor with 104 hp and 220 Nm of torque. The range on a single charge is 200 km. However, the maximum speed is limited to 85 km/h.
With the "ElectroBukhanka" it is still possible to switch on the four-wheel drive and the reduction from the cabin. It is noted that "all the qualities of the legendary off-roader have been preserved and even improved".
The manufacturer claims that the “ElektroBukhanka” consists of more than 80% locally produced parts in its design, meaning that the “ElectroBukhanka” can compete for the title of the most locally produced electric car.
For more comfortable travel, the salon is equipped with leather seats with electric extendable footrests.
